Locals fine stopping complaining about dumb stuff! Removing local to make it easier for one side is dumb IMO. Complain about something more important like WiS If you can't target miners (like myself) in nulsec (or hisec) your doing it wrong! ...

Your name shows up even in cloak due to you using the Jump gate. ...or at least thats how I rationalize it. Even when you dock and undock! Or even if you logged in or out, you still came thru some kind of gate.
